How the price works

Companies, users and queries

Pay per company

A company is one QuickBooks company or one Xero organization. They're priced the same, so you can mix them in one workspace. The more you add, the less each one costs.

Add your whole team for free

Users are unlimited on every plan. Your team doesn't need a QuickBooks or Xero login to get answers.

Queries are unlimited

Claude or ChatGPT does the thinking on your own subscription. So its queries are unlimited on paid plans. Questions Kipper answers itself, in Slack, Teams, SMS or web chat, come from a monthly pool.

QuickBooks Desktop or Enterprise

These run through a desktop connector, so each company file adds $50 a month. Everything else is the same.

Pricing for accounting firms

You pay the same per-company price, counted across every client. Your firm's own workspace is included. So are your staff, with unlimited queries on every client they can reach.

Pricing for NetSuite

Everyone gets answers from NetSuite, without a NetSuite license. Ask in Slack, Teams or SMS, or connect Claude or ChatGPT. It's one plan, with all of it included.

You pay for active users. That's anyone who asked at least one question that month. Add as many people as you like.
